Birthday/Team Parties
Booking times available are: Winter Day Hours: 10:30am – 1:00pm or 2:00pm – 4:30pm
Summer Day Hours: 9:30am – 12:00 pm or 2:30 pm – 5:00pm
Day time parties are 2.5 hours in duration.
Book at least 7 days in advance
Rates: The rental rate is $50.00 plus admission fees into the museum.
After Hours: $40.00/hour plus admission fees
(If group of 10 or more, group fees apply: $3.00/adult and $2.00/youth.)
(If less than 10, regular fees apply: $5.00/adult and $3.00/youth.)
One hour deposit required when booking. (Non-refundable if event is cancelled with less than 7 days notice.)
Your party receives the following benefits:

Play the virtual interactive sports games; hockey, soccer, baseball, basketball and football.

Challenge the Treadwall climbing wall, wheelchair race, or the putting green.

Play snakes & ladders, learn and play aboriginal games, and try your hand on curling game.

Sit in the luge, bobsleigh and skeleton.

The ski machine is available for group rentals: $15 (19 people or less) $25 (20 people or more) or can be played for $1/turn.

Tables and chairs are included.

Staff will be available to show your birthday party group how to use all of our easy & fun games.
Please Note:

Groups are responsible for set up & clean up in the lobby, within booked time only.

Please indicate to your guests to arrive no sooner than the booked time.

Party planners are to supply food, drinks, plates, napkins, utensils, etc. (There is no food or drinks allowed inside the museum.)

Adult supervision is required.

Please pay by cash, credit card, cheque, or invoice. (There is no debit card or bank machine on site.)

Indoor shoes should be worn.

Active wear clothing is recommended.
The Alberta Sports Hall of Fame & Museum is open to the public from:
Summer: open 7 days a week - 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.
Winter - Sat. and Sun. - 10:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Winter - Mon. to Fri. - 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
