Boardroom / Meeting Room

Boardroom style meeting room available to rent:

Open 7 days a week: Mon-Fri 9-5, Sat, Sun & Holidays: 10-5

Rental Rates:
Regular Rate: $25 / hour to a maximum of $100 / daytime
After Hours Facility Fee: $40 / hour.

• Maximum room capacity is 25 people; (14 executive chairs plus stacking chairs)
• Large boardroom table
• Food and drink are allowed to be brought in
• Room is located on second floor and is only accessible by stairs

We are proud to announce that our Boardroom / Meeting Room has undergone some upgrades!  As part of the 2012 World Junior Legacy, the World Junior Committee donated funds to upgrade the boardroom with a 60" interactive TV, a conference phone, a large white board, and some great light blocking blinds.
