Our facilities are an excellent choice for your next:

Available for your use:

  • Tables and Chairs avilable for seating up to 60 people
  • Podium with Media Station
  • Lobby/Reception area  Holds approx 200 Cocktail Style Recpetion, Can seat up to 100 (must provide alternative chairs and tables for more than 60 individuals)
  • Boardroom/Meeting Room: seats approx 25
  • Theater Room: seats approx 50 people
  • Dedicated on site Personnel to help you deal with any and all questions and concerns.

 


Booking Fees: Flat Rate with Admission;
     After Hour Facility Fees may also apply.

Flat Rate: $50.00 per Lobby Booking

Admission
If group of 10 or more, group fees apply: $3.00/adult and $2.00/youth.
If less than 10, regular fees apply: $5.00/adult and $3.00/youth.

After Hours Facility Fee: $40.00/hour when outside of our regular business hours *
* Please note that we only book by the whole hour for these fees.

One hour deposit required when booking.
      (Non-refundable if event is cancelled with less than 7 days notice.)

 

Your party receives the following benefits:

  • Play the Virtual Interactive Sport System;
          Games include Hockey, Soccer, Baseball, Basketball, and Football.
  • Challenge the Treadwall Climbing Wall, the Wheelchair Race, or the Putting Green.
  • Try your hand at some traditional Aboriginal Games, Roll some dice at our large
    Snakes & Ladders gameboard, and make a perect shot at our Table Top Curling Game.
  • Race down the slopes in our two-man Bobsled, or try out the Luge and Skeleton
  • Tables and Chairs are provided for your Lobby setup
  • Staff will be available to show your party group how to use all of our facilities and interactives

Please Note:

  • Groups are responsible for set up & clean up in the lobby, within booked time only.
  • Please indicate to your guests to arrive no sooner than the booked time.
  • Party planners are to supply food, drinks, plates, napkins, utensils, etc. (There is no food
    or drinks allowed inside the museum.)
  • Decorations are allowed within reason.  Please speak to staff about expectations.
  • Adult supervision is required for Lobby activities and within the museum.
  • Please pay by cash, credit card, cheque, or invoice. (We are not able to accept Debit and
    there is no ATM on site.)
  • Indoor active shoewear should be worn; boots, heals, crocs, flip-flops, etc. are not recommended
  • Active wear clothing is recommended.
